Exposition Park Rose Garden

In 2004 Historic Resources Group prepared a report to document the history, existing conditions, significance, and integrity of the Exposition Park Rose Garden as a cultural landscape and to propose appropriate treatments for the continued maintenance and rehabilitation of the site. The report was funded by a Preserve L.A. grant from the J. Paul Getty Trust to Exposition Park Intergenerational Community Center (EPICC). The Exposition Park Rose Garden is an historic site of approximately seven acres in Los Angeles, California visited by local residents and tourists alike. In addition to the Cultural Landscape Report, HRG also developed a public workshop to educate members of the community and a special program for the KidCity event sponsored by EPICC to teach area children about the garden and its history.
